Corporate Finance Division

Corporate Finance Division directs the financial activities of the parent company and most of the subsidiaries.

·         The division prepares monthly financial reports for Executive Management, detailing company business activities and financial position.

·         It is involved with the preparation of forecasts, budgets and annual operating plans for multiple profit centers.

·         It manages financial audits of the parent and most subsidiary companies.

·         Its accounting staff handles/manages all accounting functions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly and year-end reports, general ledger, trial balances and bank reconciliation.

·         Oversees quarterly and final Federal, State, and Local Taxes for parent company and subsidiaries.

·         Negotiate loans, contracts, and the company's commercial insurance plans.

·         Assist and advise in the administration of 401(K) plan, employee benefit programs, and some legal matters.
