CHIMBUSCO Americas Inc. is a joint venture company between CHIMBUSCO Beijing (The China Marine Bunker Supply Company Ltd.) and COSCO Americas Inc. The company was formed in November 2006 and is registered in Delaware, USA. CHIMBUSCO Americas Inc. is headquartered in Secaucus, NJ, USA.

CHIMBUSCO Americas Inc.:

Ø Is a new step in CHIMBUSCO’s worldwide bunker supply system

Ø Will greatly enhance its worldwide bunker supplying network

Ø Will provide professional and comprehensive services to all customers and

Ø Will excel, benefiting from the existing network of COSCO Americas.

CHIMBUSCO Americas Inc.:

Ø Will mainly engage in bunker trading, bunker broker and petroleum cargo trading. The target customers are not only COSCO fleet calling ports in Americas, but will also, under the request of non-COSCO customers, accept their inquiries and arrange bunker for their vessels.

Ø As authorized by CHIMBUSCO, will also handle the China ports bunker inquiries, which come from the American customers.
